Very kind people. Low Stress. Lots of opportunity for lateral moves (can be exposed to many departments).
Cons
Very behind the times in terms of technology. Run like an 'old boys club' - promotes buddies, not the best candidate for job. Promotes too much within, doesn't hire much outside except entry level.
