      Family owned company with a very distinctive culture. Good if it fits you.

      Cons

      There is a Cook own way to conduct business. Learning best practices and benchmarking with external market were irrelevant. The so called own methodology, business practices were far from excellence. You will not develop yourself within this company.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
