      Benefits, great co-workers, mostly interesting work.

      Cons

      Constant changes in low level employee policies resulting in confusion and information fragmentation (policies have literally flipped in a matter of HOURS on several occasions). Poor communication from upper management on what is expected.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
