Pros
Pros included: wonderful coworkers who actually care and want to get to know you, great mentorship, cheap food in cafeteria, gym
Cons
Cons: Terrible mgmt made up of people with a small town mindset (doesn't recognize big picture), always putting out fires instead of figuring out how to come up with a good work process, crazy deadlines that no one can ever meet that end up getting pushed back anyway, if you're good at your job then they overload you because the place is filled with incompetent folks who can't be fired since they've been at the company for over 50 years
