Surprisingly Political - Poor Pay - Doesn't Grow Employees - Global Marketing Manager Cook Medical Inc Employee Review

Leaders would constantly talk about treating their employees like family....The most dysfunctional family I have ever seen, and games were always played for political gains was how things operated there. So it created a toxic environment, but don't tell leadership that, they were only programmed to hear good news. Pay was very low for level of expertise and titles were all managers even though you would have at least director level responsibilities, so growth path was non-existent. At start there they stated that everyone was started at low pay and good raises would come later......always had an excuse as to why raises were very small even after great reviews! A disorganized mess there, I wouldn't recommend it!
