      Pros

      Low pressure, few to no performance goals. What goals are stated are never met and there are no consequences for poor performance. Even management level employees exist with little to no positive contribution to the teams. A good place to hang out for life if that is what you want.

      Cons

      Low pay. Little to no advancement opportunity and what opportunity exists is tied to the old-boy philosophy.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
