      Engineers are given authority for their role. Good teamwork in most areas. Rat race and professional bullying culture significantly less prevalent compared to other companies. Most managers are supportive and level-headed. Hospital cover extended to family member and onsite cafeteria.

      Salary and bonuses are not top-notch in thr industry. Slow progression for promotion

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
