      The only pros were the PTO and insurance

      Everything about this company is a con, starting with the racist staff to the harassment, retaliation, mentally draining environment, and toxic HR. HR only looks out for the company, not the employees. If you go to them with a problem they will target you and not the problem.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
