Pros
I found it a good balance between professional while also being able to talk to your peers like friends, there is many opportunities here to grow with a company that is doing great things. I believe if you want a certain role in this company and you apply yourself accordingly, the opportunities will be there. They treat their employees well and try to look after everyone as much as possible.
Cons
There will be an expectation to get work done on time and get it done correctly, I find this typical of how medical device companies work. This can be a pressure that may not be for everyone.
