      Good benefits and people. Emphasis on good culture and ethics.

      They are burdened with too many regulations and internal policies. Change happens very slowly and everything from marketing brochures to product launches take far too long.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
