      - Low pressure work; people are really nice - Managers are very understanding about leaves and accomodate your needs well

      - Slightly flat growth sturcture - Lesser opportunities of presenting your work to higher ups and getting noticed because of the soemwhat strict hierarchy

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
