      Steady work, decent pay for the job you do, good healthcare benefits, opportunity to receive a college degree with their higher education program

      Cons

      Work becomes monotonous with little reward, mandatory overtime, supervisors can become drunk with their inch of power, choose favorites, and constantly breath down your neck if they are under any pressure from their higher ups. Also, being in a factory, some co-workers are bored and like to manufacture drama

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
