      Decent work life balance, several social activities organized

      Cons

      Wages get updated to the market standard only when management sees turnaround going higher than usual. Lots of brainwashing forced by the US headquarters and no proactivity to retain people leaving due to stress and burnout. Depending on the team you end up working in, you may be subject to the tantrum of the European branch you work with.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
