      I’ve never been more sexually harassed and discriminated against by fellow coworkers than I have in my first four months at Cook. They say you can move up, but the likelihood is pretty slim.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
