      You’ll gain a wealth of experience and knowledge by wearing a lot of hats

      Cons

      Even though you’ll wear a lot of hats they pay on the bottom of the scale. Their titles are pointless as well since someone with only three years of career experience will end up a manager while someone with 10 years experience is an engineer 2.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
