      Good benefits, flexible, good community.

      Cons

      Management does not do much to advance your career. You’ll get stagnant fast. You have to wear a lot of hats, which is good for experience but terrible to actually get good at your job. Corporate does not allow you to climb the ladder.

      Pros

      401K matching, PTO/sick time, Good health insurance, cheap cafeteria, gym, clean work environment. Overtime is usually offered if not mandatory. Puts food on the table I guess. Could be worse.

      Cons

      Management can be petty. Very dependent on which department you work in. A lot of high school like behavior with cliques and gossip.
