Set shift/hours Weekly pay Good benefits You can get by just fine if you do the bare minimum Incredibly hard to get fired from there - most people get fired because of attendance Speaking of attendance, the policy is generous PTO/Floating holiday included after 8 weeks Clean environment
Cons
Upper management is clueless as to what happens on the production floor Engineers are not capable of working on the equipment properly and tend to “duct tape” issues instead of actually fix them Soulless company who unfortunately will hire just about anyone, even if they are awful people Pay is absolutely horrific compared to other competitors
