      Pros

      They're support and program help software developers get into various developer positions. If you don't meet the 3 year experience requirement for an entry level software job, this is perfect for you. They're friendly and an awesome company!

      Cons

      Before you get a job, they have you take their free course to ensure you're up-to-date on current technology. This course does require a major time commitment and is fast pace. This is the only con I can think of that I would want to warn others about. The course itself is amazing and everyone there has your back!

      Pros

      The Java Spring part of the training was good but minimal. We only learned RESTful APIs with Spring Boot.

      Cons

      The Angular part of the course was outdated. We started with 8 students in the cohort, 1 dropped out and 7 graduated. None of the 7 were able to be placed. I felt the curriculum was outdated in the age of AI. We only learned how to build CRUD applications.
