      Plenty of work if you want it. Management is good. Close knit company.

      Cons

      You may at times feel overworked. You give up your weekends when on call. You never know when you’ll be home especially during the summer

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
