      I do Service HVACR technician for five years I worked commercial AC repair and refrigeration systems

      Cons

      was not good and no schedule or communication between management inside the office and the dispatche not communication with that technician that was a little hard time to communicate with the office

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
