      Pros

      It seems to be a good place to work. I get along good with my coworkers. Supervisors are always available for questions. The company is always making everyone aware of safety, which in my opinion is a great thing.

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Cons

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
