Pros
For the most part everybody that I have came across at coolsys has been easy to work with and will help out with whatever is needed. The work is good and you do not feel overly rushed or pressured. I'm happy with the hours and they stay steady all year long.
Cons
The switch from ADP to UKG has been the worst thing Coolsys has done since I've worked here. ADP worked well and was easy to navigate and displayed all the information needed. UKG does nothing good, the app doesn't work, it's hard to navigate, nearly impossible to log onto and actually view information and is not as user friendly as ADP, I would say it's the worst pay stub app I've ever had to deal with. Communication between managers and techs needs to improve, lack of communication often leads to time being wasted and jobs not being completed in a timely manner. Lack of communication often leads to frustration between techs and management. Lastly it would be nice for coolsys to have a tool program of some sort to help techs acquire new tools as they are becoming more and more expensive.
