      Pros

      I like the types of work and benefits . I have two serves trucks - 1 van and 1 4x4 truck- I wish they were newer models because I drive a lot on northern Arizonia

      Cons

      Coolsys needs to find more customers in arizonia. It gets very slow during the winter. Over the last year , Coolsys has lost a lot of customers

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
