      Pros

      The work, team lead is amazing but service managers are always “fighting” with each other on who runs what area/work. Felt like CoolSys used to be amazing but throughout the years seems like we have been losing customers and not gaining any new ones.

      Cons

      Leadership. Service managers seems to be fighting each other instead of just being one CoolSys.

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Cons

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
