      Pros

      I'm going on two years and the first year I was in love working for coolsys, second year not so much. Promises not being kept etc. Not fair across the table.

      Cons

      Stop promising raises, or anything that can't be honored.

      Great pay, no shortage of work, 401k has good match

      Cons

      Worked here for over 4 years. Cons of this company are that lots of technicians are green and have limited knowledge of what they are doing. This leads the couple guys on the team to carry the entire branch. Burn out is insane. Evrey call is an emergency according to managers. On call a lot
