Technical staff - Production Specialist I CoorsTek Employee Review

There is no promotion for current employees. They consistently hire new employees instead of giving current ones a good career path to advance. Most of the time the new employees are paid more than longtime employees and more often than not the new hires can't handle the job or the environment. The new benefit package is horribly expensive if you actually go to the doctor. I could go on and on.....way too many cons.
