      The new strategy and direction the Company is going = opportunity, rewards, recognition, support, fairness, and most of all great people to work with etc.

      Work-life balance is getting better however work still needs to be done in this area

      No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
