      Good coworkers to work with. Awesome team work throughout the facility. Pretty descent on the job training. Great place to talk sports too.

      Cons

      Upper management will push yet not knowing how to operate or program machine. Management has no plan,no experience and simply are ignorant.

      Great company to work for, awesome coworkers.

      No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
