      Great place to work, friendly people, challenging work and great atmosphere. Company heading in new direction and I really like the direction the company is headed.

      Cons

      All the new tools are not in place so there are some growing pains. Anticipate this will improve once training and systems are in place.

      Great company to work for, awesome coworkers.

      No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
