Pros

Some coworkers are friendly Had some fun events

Cons

Management/Supervisor only care about making money (bonuses). Instead of making good parts. They push they’re employee to speed up production and send out part as fast as they can pressuring them to send out bad parts Disorganized and uncoordinated with item due date. Leads arguing with other leads to figure out where put item at. If new employee, Training is only a week and they leave you. I have seen many new hire quit because they weren’t train right and gets complimented for them. Job opportunity- I was working there for 2 years tried to moving up saw a opening was qualified for it and was recommended did not get an interview or nothing. Pay- the pay is not good. I was working there making $14-$15 been there for 2 years found out the a new hire with no experience getting paid more $2 more and I have 6 year of experience related to this job Work schedule- if your okay working 6 days week. Goes back to disorganized/uncoordinated with item that has due date. They have a mandatory 6 day because they are uncoordinated with all of they’re over due date trying to find them or forgetting they had the parts.

Pros

Great company to work for, awesome coworkers.

Cons

No genuine cons to list. Training on first shift is rough for those who are used to nights, but thats not really a con.
