Pros
Love the 6-2:30 hours! Love breaks and lunches are same time every day! Love we don’t have to ask to clock in and out! Love how super simple my job area is! Love they offer medical 2 different ones to choice from, dental, 401k, pet insurance, life insurance and lawyer insurance!
Cons
I hate favoritism! I hate that the long timers make the choices or get noticed above the rest no matter what! I hate that a person can be mean and cruel to another worker and they won’t get in trouble! (The longer timers/favoritisms) I hate that a person who comes in new but with years of experience will much make less than say a person who comes in with no experience but has a degree in something that’s not even closely related the anything job wise at coors would make more than the person with experience! I hate that we are forced to work every other weekend when when we are slow and or have no work. I hate that we are forced to use our PTO! I hate that they don’t offer sick days. I hate that some of the leads just can’t get it together, can’t remember simple tasks or just talk to much to make themself feel like they are smarter but really they are not. I hate that we are forced and pushed to put in multiple safety blitz and quality blitz’s. I hate we are forced to take tons of tests on the computer but they forget we need to be working so when is there ever anytime to just sit at a computer. I hate that we have lost some great ppl Because of pay and bosses! AGAIN I HATE THE FAVORITISM! I hate they say they want you to come to them If you have any issues but then they do nothing for you or make you feel bad. I hate they have Chaplin’s just walking around because some of us are not religious. I hate that our HR girl seems to not know any answers to 90% of questions asked and at least 70% of most of us can see though her pretty young smile. She’s very clueless! I hate that to get by here u have to keep your nose done and smoke on! Ps if u get hired just know everyone that smiles in your face is not your friend!
