Coworkers and the actual work can be engaging

Strict on time you get in ( like even 1 or 2 minutes late) but will make you work overtime at the last minute almost everyday. An employee was told not to socialize at work “that’s what breaks are for.” Management can’t figure out how to time manage so that the plant meets its on time delivery goals and yet micromanages employees time. For example, parts will be waiting in line for other pieces that are needed in order to fulfill orders but instead of focusing on that they will make you sweep and mop.
