      Pros

      I would say nothing at all, but working from home was the only positive

      Cons

      First off, HR is non existent and very incompetent. This company misrepresents the salary and commissions. They delayed paying me and I'm still missing money. Management is terrible and unprofessional. They threaten your job every week and any time they come out with a new stupid policy. I was so broke and miserable working for this company. Quitting was the best thing I did so far this year.

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
