Pros

Banking hours, no weekends, and hour lunches.

Cons

Extremely high turnover rate! Please train your managers out there in california to be very helpful and productive. The one in Greer has been there 8 going on 9 months and still doesn't even know what he is doing. Upper level needs to consider training there csr for at least 3 weeks, so tasks are completed successful. Every week someone is getting fired or quitting....Copart has poor management all the way up to upper level. At the Greer, SC location there are no seasoned employees. There is no formal training here and they realize that....Copart is set up for people to fail. The manager there now is clueless as to what his actual responsibility is.....He can't even assist customers at the counter....I don't know what kind of business they are running, but it isn't a good one....DO NOT APPLY FOR A JOB HERE.....OVER WORKED, NO REWARDS, BUT THEY WILL GLADLY WRITE YOU UP AND FIRE YOU IN YOUR FIRST WEEK OR TWO OF EMPLOYMENT. NO OVERTIME EITHER

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
