      Pros

      Okay pay and benefits, busy so the day goes by quick, incentives and bonuses during yard reviews

      Cons

      If you kiss butt you will get whatever you want, too much gossip, letting valuable employees go for insane reasons only to hire their friends, I've made mistakes far worse than a recent terminated employee but she was let go because management didn't like her, management kisses buyers butts and takes their word over employees

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
