Pros

insurance, that is the only positive thing I can say. that is not enough to make you want to be an employee. I have social security

Cons

You are constantly being yelled at to answer the phones when only about 10 percent of the people actually do. there are some employees that the rules do not apply to them. the employees are burnt out, that is why the turn over is so bad. breaks are a joke, when I asked a co-worker if we were going to get breaks she approached the General manager and made him aware that the employees were not given breaks within the guidelines of GA state rules, then there was an email sent out by the office manager stating that breaks would be given. Everyone was so scared to go to the office managers to get the breaks that they deserved because the feared that they would be fired. I had only worked for the company about 11 months.

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
