      Pros

      - Visionary CTO - Friendly and Knowledgeable Developers/Non-Management(IT) folks. - Pay/Benefits

      Cons

      - IT Directors/Managers are full of politics and some with no work etiquette. - Don't understand the language spoken among teams. It's definitely not English. If you speak/understand South East Asian languages and do not want to speak English, then this place is for you. - No work/life balance. - Not good for Software Internship as you may not balance your course loads. Keep in mind the maximum number of hours per week set by School.

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
