Pros

It's a job . Fun day out once a year

Cons

Training is inconsistent. Customers feel tensions sue to not having the correct training and knowledge. Some staff are rude to customers which impact the rest of the team. They keep changing everything there system which is a joke. Job is over rated with poor wages. Customers can be treated poorly. Every Copart the same avoid as you will be disappointed I am due to leave this month 🙂👌

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
