      Pros

      Stable company who believes in long term views on the business. That means there were no furloughs resulting from COVID-19 which is unique for a business this size. Treated like family by senior leadership. Encourage and support (from a resources standpoint) innovation and new products.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility once you reach a certain level.
