Pros
Copart is a great place to work. They have an amazing culture, a great benefits plan (including an employee stock plan!), and most importantly great people. Its a big company that's run like a family business. I enjoy going to work every morning. Every day I feel challenged and engaged and get to share my ideas. I have been with the company for 6 years and plan on retiring from here. Copart is also an essential business and didn't shut down during the pandemic or furlough staff. I love working here and most of my friends work here as well. We have an incredible team.

Not a good place to work if you plan on putting in the bare minimum.
