Horrible Management - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Copart Employee Review

Management at Lex, KY was horrible. They all showed favoritism and never actually did any work. They would constantly make us do more and reprimand us for not meeting unattainable daily goals while they sat around talking all day. They also tried to write you up for dress code violation when most team leads were always out of dress code. The facility was disgusting and has stink bugs all over the place. They also didn’t try to accommodate for people who had hard times walking up the steps to the top offices. They always talked about the “Copart” way and values but never demonstrated them. The only time the management staff pretended to be organized was when our CEO sent people out to visit.
