Sometimes they purchase lunch. It’s a job It’s full time.
Cons
Management makes things very difficult. Doing a lot more than you were hired for. Severely underpaid. Make up hours as they go along. One day is 7am start. Next will be 8. Make your lunches short Management blames the yard staff for everything they can. Managers don’t own their mistakes.
