Severely poorly managed, to management, your nothing but a body, a number needed for the work environment. Turnover is extremely high, there is ABSOLUTELY NO TRAINING, EXTREME FAVORTISSM THROUGH OUT THE COMPANY! Read all reviews on this company and other job sites and you will see the same complaints yet there is a major disconnect between management and employees. Senior management either is blind or turned a blind eye to the complaints of employees. Job comes with unnecessary stress, your asked to more than you can chew. Office severly understaffed and it's very noticeable. Just stay away from this company. If you truly care about your well-being, STAY AWAY or in time you will go insane!

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
