No job security, they will get rid of long term or short term employee's without any notice or warning. I gave them a resignation letter and they didn't want me staying for the rest of the day let alone week. Bunch of untrained unprofessional management staff put in their positions after some luck with resume words but no experience on how to run a company. High turnover , I saw 15 employee's just from my team be fired and quit. Everyone gets paid different wages
