Constantly changing your hours. Making you work 12 hour days 5 days a week and threatening to make Saturdays mandatory. They’re constantly behind because they can’t keep anyone in the position. It’s disappointing that a company that is actually well run has such a horrible title procurement department that treats their employees like pack mules and pays a crappy hourly rate for how much they ask of you. The work like balance is non existent. You’re a slave to the company in this position. Avoid it.
