Hit or miss on management & culture depending on location - Office Supervisor Copart Employee Review

Management culture was the worst I have ever encountered and lead to high turn over from its employees. Management not willing to make beneficial changes, implemented unneccesary processes, micromanaged employees, and made no attempt to connect personally with employees. Expect to work 50 hours/ week minimum.
