Copart is a good place to work if you are new and want to gain some experience. They provide a lot of internship opportunities and good environment to learn and practical exposure for the newcomers
Cons
Once you gain the experience and know your craft, it's time to move. Since they overload you and the leadership stucks. Lots of stinky politics and you will not have as much work-life balance
