      Pros

      Copart is a very stable company that has a ton of opportunities to make an impact on the productivity and profitability of the company. The company has gone through several several strategy changes recently and as a result there were some unplanned layoffs. This has affected the morale of the personnel, but kudos to the management team for learning from the mistakes and taking accountability.

      Pros

      Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

      Cons

      My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
