      Pros

      Some coworkers are great people and became family. Option to purchase stock.

      Cons

      Management treats employees like robots. Mandatory overtime nearly every night/weekend. Unrealistic expectations. Other employees wander around aimlessly or pretend to be busy, forcing others to take up their slack.
