Pros

Pay and benefits. But, at the copart I am at attitudes are just uncalled for. it's not worth the aggravation

Cons

Management. The front office manager needs to work at a correction facility. Unless, you fit in with they're age group. I am older and am old school, . Anything I say is wrong, even when I have customers tell me I have been the nicest in any copart they have been to. They love to joke with me, and the smile I put on their faces when they leave.

Pros

Work from home. Things are constantly changing. Positions open up but manager has to approve you and put your name out there.

Cons

My manager was very unhelpful when my position as a team lead was eliminated. I've been here 5 years plus before COVID and I'm back to square one. I feel there should have been a back up plan for us. They want you now to do the work that a lead does but for absolutely no more money.
